Robert Mackie was founded in 1845 to create traditional knitted Scottish headwear and accessories. They are based in Stewarton, Scotland’s famous “Bonnet Toun” to this day and have grown to become a leading light in Scottish knitwear manufacture. Drawing on the rich textile heritage of Ayrshire, they craft luxurious knitted accessories that are well known for their quality and vibrant colour. Everything they make is made in Scotland and they only ever work with natural yarns to produce sustainable products that will last. We have been working with Robert Mackie to make a wide range of knitted accessories since 2021.
