Aubin’s new collection with menswear and style expert Ben Cobb works perfectly between the rough and ready countryside and the more spick-and-span city. These cord trousers in a rich, rustic brown or a deep, dark claret are a perfect example: rather than the thinner cord you might know, these are a super luxurious wide wale (meaning thicker, deeper ridges to the fabric), produced by the team at Brisbane Moss, legends in the British corduroy game since 1858. The trousers fit slim through the thigh and flare out at the hem, and are made at Fashion Enter in Tottenham (an organisation providing training and industry experience for the next generation of the UK’s artisan makers).
