Hand wash only | At Aubin we love to use natural fabrics to create ranges with real integrity. Natural fibres pill, no matter how well spun or knitted. This is the nature of the fabric and largely unavoidable but there are a few simple things you can do to reduce pilling and to remove the fibre bobbles. Pilling occurs when fibres stretch and break as a result of friction, either from wear or washing. Garments rub against each other when youâre wearing them and against each other during a washing process. The areas worst-hit by pilling are the parts of clothing that receive the most abrasion in day-to-day wear, such as the underarm area and the side of jumpers and cardigans. Tips for reducing and removing pilling - Wash separately on a delicate hand-wash and add fabric softener. This avoids coming into contact, and therefore causing friction, with other garments. Wash inside out so if pilling does occur itâll be on the inside. Buy a wool comb or Velcro brush and use this to gently remove bobbles that may build up over time.

Exchanges
Wrong size? Exchanges are absolutely FREE on all UK orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
We encourage customers to look at our size guides prior to ordering to ensure you get the right fit first time.
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. If you believe your item is faulty or not up to the standards you expect from us, please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com and we will advise on what to do next.
Returns Process
For UK returns we use DPD Tracked returns. All returns will be charged at £3.50 which will be deducted from your refund.
Simply indicate on your packing slip your reason for return, pack your items, follow the return portal steps by clicking here.
Generate your QR code then hand over at your nearest pick up location.
Detailed instructions are provided at the bottom of your packing slip and via the returns portal.
If you having difficulty with the returns process please contact us using our contact form and we will be happy to provide you with a new label to print at home or scan at your local drop off location.
International Returns
International returns can be organised through Aubin at the rates outlined above, simply write to us at info@aubinandwills.com and we can arrange your return for you. The returns charge will be deducted from your refund and you will not be liable for any further duties or taxes when returning to the UK.
We recognise that our international returns charge rates are expensive and we do subsidise against the rates we pay to our providers. You are welcome to return your package to us using your own service, however we must stress that should you return to us directly, you will be liable to pay UK duty and taxes which will unfortunately not be refundable by Aubin.
