I ordered, paid, but never received.

Not a great first time experience with Aubin. Ordered a couple of shirts and only received one. The shirt I did receive was a different colour from that in the photo.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and sorry to hear you have not had a great first time experience whilst shopping with Aubin, this is not what we want!

Of course as I am sure you can appreciate, human error does happen from time to time. I have had a look into the issues you are referring to and can see a replacement shirt was swiftly offered however you chose the option for a refund.

Whilst we haven't had any feedback around the colour of the Normanby shirt in Chocolate being different to the product in real life, I will of course pass this on to the relevant team.

We do have a great Spring collection which has just launched online & in-store. I do hope to see you shopping with us again!
