Behind the scenes at the Truman brewery

We met with some friends of ours at the iconic East London landmark, the Truman Brewery, to celebrate the coming of a new season and with it Aubin's one year anniversary since re-launch

FRIENDS OF AUBIN

Some of our friends have supported us since 2008, others we have only just met. One thing we know for sure, is that everyone has played their part. We turn the spotlight on these individuals that all share our brand ethos, of less is more and quality always outshines quantity. They come from all different walks of life and possess that special entrepreneurial spirit. The kind of people who are as passionate as we are in creating things that are built to last and stand the test of time.

A long term brand collaborator, Chris worked on the original graphic language of Aubin & Wills in 2008. He now has his own design studio called Studio Bonparte. @studio_BONPARTE

CHRIS LONG

Head chef and co-founder of London restaurant Kricket, Will has bought a new vision to the UK's Indian food scene. He fell in love with Indian food whilst working in Mumbai and the rest is history. @Kricketlondon

WILL BOWLBY

A sharing programme established by these 3 passionate individuals. They inspire exploration of the intrinsic value of other cultures through exposure to non-weston film archives. @redeyescreening

REDEYE SCREENING

Founder of Mr Grieves Originals, a design studio specialising in woven and printed textile designs. Anna has been a long term brand collaborator. @mr_grieves_originals

ANNA GRIEVE

Owner of Rooms, a unique vintage and lifestyle store. His home Villa Des Narcisses is a feast for the eyes, combining his love of antiques and vintage with a beautiful sense of colour and pattern. @rooms_e5

Daniel describes himself as an actor who paints. Daniel has just finished a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe, in a show where the premise is incredibly intriguing! @daniel.a.quirke

Nick's artist lense takes a look back into 1950's & 60's French film and photography. An avid collector of old magazines and photos, he brings these to life in his paintings. @nickpaulcurtis
