As we get back to it, writer, actor and director Aki Omoshaybi spent the morning in our studio trying out some of our Autumn 24 new releases.

How would you describe your style?

It's very eclectic - Sartorial/Vintage/
Street wear, there's no rationale behind it. Apart from one rule, I try to stick to or like shall we say... That's trainers with trousers and shoes with jeans. Unless I'm wearing a suit. 

What advice would you give to your younger self?

The truth can be an expensive commodity. Lies have a shelf life. But most importantly live your life authentically. Being your true self is your unique selling point.

Favourite film and why?

I don't have a favourite of anything. Different films talk to different parts of me. Plus there's too many to have a favourite. My only favourite is my child.

what inspires you?

Taking long showers, fantastic writing, competition and my ego. My ego tells me it's a great idea. Then I'll pursue it, even if later I find out it's not so good.
