ASSISTANT MANAGER: SALCOMBE, DEVON

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our store in Salcombe. As our Assistant Manager, you would report in directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for taking ownership of the shop in their absence, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are offered by yourself and the team, that impeccable VM standards are kept and sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, stock control, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive an unforgettable shopping experience.
Manage inventory and replenishment of stock to ensure adequate levels are maintained.
Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar retail management role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Knowledge of fashion and retail industry trends.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Eligible to work in the UK.
