We do this by working with trusted manufacturers who we have known for many years, using premium fabrications and timeless designs, inspired by the past, that won’t date with fashion fads.
Every stage of our production is quality controlled, but on the rare occasion that something slips through the net, we want to know so please do get in touch!
Therefore, we offer the Aubin Quality Guarantee* to you, our valued friends and customers.
THE AUBIN QUALITY GUARANTEE
- Any Aubin product comes with a 100-day quality guarantee. We will refund, replace or repair goods which are faulty or do not live up to our quality expectations within 100 days of purchase.
- Clothing must have been washed according to our garment wash care instructions (found on the inside label).
- Our guarantee covers manufacturing quality and faults but does not cover self-inflicted damage (e.g. stains, rips or shrinkage where washing instructions have not been followed).
- You will require your proof of purchase.
- Refunds are only available for purchases made through www.aubinandwills.com. However, products purchased through other channels are still eligible for an exchange or repair.
- All items must be returned to Aubin for inspection prior to approval.
- This guarantee is subject to change and is issued on the sole discretion of Aubin. Aubin retains the right to remove this guarantee at any time.
