Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Has my order gone through?

Once your order has been received, you should receive an automatic confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email after 1 hour then it is likley that your order has not been placed. Please check the email address on your account and check your junk folders before contacting us on info@aubinandwills.com and we can check your order status.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we will be unable to cancel your order if it has already been shipped. Should we be unable to cancel your order, you can return for a refund.

Can I add to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we are able to add to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible on info@aubinandwills.com and we will see what we can do.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How much is shipping?

We offer free UK shipping for all UK orders over £80*.

For standard UK shipping we have a flat fee of £3.99.

We offer an UK express delivery service for £5.99

A next day UK delivery service is £8.99.

London Deliveries: Selected inner London Postcodes only

Same Day Service £3.99 (Delivered between 08:00 and 20:00). 

Next Day Service £2.99 (delivered between 07:00 and 20:00).

International shipping charges are variable and will depend on your location. Please see our delivery information for further details.

What shipping provider do you use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked service. This means your order will be delivered by your usual Royal Mail postal service. You will receive a unique tracking reference number meaning your order is traceable right through to delivery. You do not need to sign for your order. If you are not in, you will receive a slip giving instructions for re-delivery or collection of your order.

For our Next Day and Express International services we use DHL.

Our London express service with QUIVER operates within selected inner London postcodes only. If your postcode is covered with this service our QUIVER same day and next day options will be available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all UK orders over £80 and international orders* over £100, depending upon your location, qualify for free shipping.

*Please note that import duties, taxes and handling charges on international orders are extra to our shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer. Charges do vary depending upon where you are in the wold too.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I find out my order status?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. For standard UK shipping, please allow 48 hours after your fulfilment notification for delivery and 24 hours for express shipping. If you still have not recieved your parcel after this time-frame, please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com and we will be happy to help.

Do you offer click & collect?

Yes, we offer a click and collect service to both our Newburgh Street, London and George Street, Edinburgh stores. Simply select the collect option at checkout and your order will be available for collection the same day.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, the person receiving the parcel will be required to sign for the parcel, although this does not need to be the person that made the order or payment.

How do I request a return?

For UK returns we use Royal Mail Tracked returns - a returns label is included in your order. All returns will be charged a flat rate of £3.50 and will be deducted from your refund once processed.

To request a returns label, please email info@aubinandwills.com with the items you wish to return and the reason for your return and we will be happy to provide your returns label.

Then take your package to your nearest Post Office and present them with the QR code provided on your returns label, where they will print the label and send to us.

Customers returning products from outside the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. We recommend that all customers returning items from outside the UK do so through a registered trackable service to ensure your items reach us safely. Aubin will not be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

I have lost my returns code...

Please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com and we will be happy to provide you with a new one.

Can I exchange my items?

Got the wrong size? Exchanges are absolutely FREE including returns and onward delivery charges an all UK orders. Please indicate on your packing slip what item you would like to exchange and return to us using the pre-paid postage label provided.

All International exchanges must be returned to us by the customer and redelivery will also be charged to the cutomer.

We advise customers to read our size guides before buying to ensure you get the right size first time to avoid disappointment.

Can I return to store?

You can bring your item directly to any of our standalone stores; Soho, Edinburgh or Brighton. We will be happy to complete the returns process. Please make sure you have your order confirmation and delivery note with you.

Payment & Refunds

What payment options do you offer?

We currently offer the following payment methods; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Bancontact and iDEAL.

How long will my refund take?

Once your return arrives with us, the process of the return may take up to 1 working days at busy periods, however we typically aim to process returns within 5 business days. Refunds may take another 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on who you bank with.

Do you offer repairs & alterations?

We do offer a repair service to help extend the life of your Aubin product. We use local tailors to undertake our repairs. Please go to our Repairs Page or visit one of our stores for more details.

How should I care for my product?

We work hard with our factories to ensure that all of our products are built to last. Please read and follow all washcare instructions carefully to extend the life of your product.

My item is faulty...

We strive to ensure all of our products are built to last. If you believe that your garment is faulty, or not up to the quality you expect from us, please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com and we can advise on next steps.
