All Aubin products come with a 1 year quality guarantee. We will refund, replace or repair goods which are faulty or do not live up to our quality expectations within 365 days of purchase.

Clothing must have been washed according to our garment wash care instructions (found on the inside label). Our guarantee covers manufacturing quality and faults but does not cover self-inflicted damage (e.g. stains, rips or shrinkage where washing instructions have not been followed).

You will require your proof of purchase.
Refunds are only available for purchases made through www.aubinandwills.com and in one of our own stores. However, products purchased through other channels are still eligible for an exchange or repair.
All items must be returned to Aubin for inspection prior to approval. This guarantee is subject to change and is issued on the sole discretion of Aubin. Aubin retains the right to remove this guarantee at any time.
