 Details:   

• The Giveaway closes at 11:59pm on the 18th August. 
• The Giveaway is open to participants over 18
• Only one entry per person
• The winner will be selected randomly and contacted on 19/08/2024 by email 
• The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize, or another winner will be selected 
• The winner must be available to attend the shows listed in the prize. 
• There is no alternative or cash to the stated prize

1.1 The giveaway is open to individuals and a guest both over 18 at the time of entry.   

  2. Giveaway Period:   

2.1 The giveaway begins on 08/08/24 and closes on 18/08/24. Only entries received during the Giveaway Period will be considered.   

 3. How to enter:   

3.1 Participants can enter the Giveaway by sharing their email addresses and subscribing to Aubin & Wills and The Assembly Festival’s marketing communications.  

3.2. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or practice, or by any means which subvert the entry process, are void.

 4.2 The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.  

4.3 The winner will remain responsible for the actions of its guest at all times whilst enjoying the prize. Proof of age of both prize winner and guest must be provided by the prize winner.    

4.4 Aubin & Wills reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.    

 5. Winner selection:   

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period   

5.2 The winner will be announced on 19/08/24 via email   

5.3 The winner will be required to provide their full name, date of birth, email address and guest details for prize redemption within 24 hours of being notified. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, an alternative winner may be selected.  

5.4 The winner must be available on Tuesday 20th August. Non-transferrable for any other date.   

 6. General Conditions:   

6.1 The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations   

6.2. Aubin & Wills reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Aubin and Wills’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway  

6.3 Aubin & Wills will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control:   

Any postponement or cancellation of the prizes supplied by other Promoters   

Any changes to prizes supplied by other Promoters or the way in which they can be used  

 By Participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Aubin & Wills, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.   

 We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto our website.  

Assembly Show Tickets  

Tickets for Assembly shows are only valid for the date/time specified and can not be exchanged or refunded. Full T&Cs available at  https://assemblyfestival.com/terms-conditions  

 Assembly Food Vouchers   

Food vouchers can only be used once and are only valid for the location and date specified on the voucher. No change can be given. Assembly will provide a list of participating food vendors to the winner.   

 Assembly Drink Vouchers   

Drink voucher can be exchanged for ONE of the following:    

125ml glass of prosecco | 175ml/250ml glass house white/red wine | Half/pint of draught beer/cider | Bottle/can of beer/cider | Soft drink  

Drink vouchers can only be used once and are only valid for the bar(s) and date specified on the voucher. Assembly will provide a list of participating bars to the winner.
