We know body shapes are all different but here is what we recommend for sizing using your

chest size in inches

Lay the garment out on a flat surface
Chest (A)-Measure 2.5cm down from side seam to get correct point to measure from, then measure across chest keeping tape measure straight.
Front body length (B)- Measure from side neck point to bottom of hem
