We know body shapes are all different but here is what we recommend for sizing using your chest size in inches

INCHES	37-39"	39-41"	41-43"	43-45"	45-47"

Lay the garment out on a flat surface
Chest measure 2cm down the side seam from the armhole, then measure across the chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.
Sleeve -Fold the sleeve in half and flat, measure the outside edge from shoulder point to end of sleeve (do not include cuff)
Front body length -Measure from the side neck point to the hem.
Back neck width -measure across the neck from side neck point to opposite side neck point. Keep the tape straight.
