It’s hard to find anyone who doesn’t fancy being in southern Europe at this time of year. Before the crowds and the heat arrive, but after the cooler winter months so you can still wear shorts and an open necked shirt. 

 There’s several sunny cities that we’d be willing to brave a Ryanair flight for to spend a few days in the sun, but none more so than Lisbon which is very much having a moment.
