Exchanges
Wrong size? Exchanges are absolutely FREE on all UK orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
We encourage customers to look at our size guides prior to ordering to ensure you get the right fit first time.
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. If you believe your item is faulty or not up to the standards you expect from us, please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com and we will advise on what to do next.
Returns Process
For UK returns we use DPD Tracked returns. All returns will be charged at £3.50 which will be deducted from your refund.
Simply indicate on your packing slip your reason for return, pack your items, follow the return portal steps by clicking here.
Generate your QR code then hand over at your nearest pick up location.
Detailed instructions are provided at the bottom of your packing slip and via the returns portal.
If you having difficulty with the returns process please contact us using our contact form and we will be happy to provide you with a new label to print at home or scan at your local drop off location.
International Returns
International returns can be organised through Aubin at the rates outlined above, simply write to us at info@aubinandwills.com and we can arrange your return for you. The returns charge will be deducted from your refund and you will not be liable for any further duties or taxes when returning to the UK.
We recognise that our international returns charge rates are expensive and we do subsidise against the rates we pay to our providers. You are welcome to return your package to us using your own service, however we must stress that should you return to us directly, you will be liable to pay UK duty and taxes which will unfortunately not be refundable by Aubin.

I have a few Aubin things, and have numerous beanies but this is one of my best. Love the colour (electric blue) and the quality feel to it. Highly recommend. Love that its made my a british brand. Would recommend and actually happily order in another colour
I recently bought and it’s exactly what I want for winter days. The wool feels genuinely premium and soft against my head without feeling scratchy and I am confident it will do a great job of keeping heat in while still feeling breathable.
It is a comfortable fit and snug in the right way. It doesn’t slip around, and has a nice shape that still looks good even after wearing it. The quality feels solid from the start: stitching looks clean, the knit has a dense, durable feel, and it doesn’t stretch out or lose form.
Overall, it’s warm, well-made, and stylish enough to wear with everything from a winter jacket to a more casual coat. If you’re looking for a quality men’s beanie that actually performs, this one is a great choice.

Bought the Denby beanie recently in store in both the dark green and bright blue, and am so pleased with it. Not only is it a great colour, the fit is absolutely perfect too (which I find isn’t always the case, with most beanies being too big/oversized for my liking). This one fits snugly sitting on my brow, and the edging of the beanie isn’t attached so it could be adjusted for smaller or bigger bonces. I’ve worn this outside a lot already, including in rain without an umbrella and have been pleasantly surprised by how well the wool weathers, showing no to little sign of fuzzing or fraying. Hands down my favourite new beanie. I missed out on the navy one, unfortunately, but really hope Aubin produces this or a similar series of beanies in this design, in the same or similar colours, as it’s a stellar accessory and one I now won’t leave the house without, on cold winter or crisp spring days - it takes the edge off nicely!

Love the hat and good delivery time
I've been half-looking for a new winter hat for a few weeks. Every one I've tried so far was too tall. I have a shaved head (Don't call me bald!) and no hair to fill the excess material in the other brands. This Denby fits neat to the top of my head, like I think it should. And a great colour too.
