Exchanges
Wrong size? Exchanges are absolutely FREE on all UK orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
We encourage customers to look at our size guides prior to ordering to ensure you get the right fit first time.
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. If you believe your item is faulty or not up to the standards you expect from us, please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com and we will advise on what to do next.
Returns Process
For UK returns we use DPD Tracked returns. All returns will be charged at £3.50 which will be deducted from your refund.
Simply indicate on your packing slip your reason for return, pack your items, follow the return portal steps by clicking here.
Generate your QR code then hand over at your nearest pick up location.
Detailed instructions are provided at the bottom of your packing slip and via the returns portal.
If you having difficulty with the returns process please contact us using our contact form and we will be happy to provide you with a new label to print at home or scan at your local drop off location.
International Returns
International returns can be organised through Aubin at the rates outlined above, simply write to us at info@aubinandwills.com and we can arrange your return for you. The returns charge will be deducted from your refund and you will not be liable for any further duties or taxes when returning to the UK.
We recognise that our international returns charge rates are expensive and we do subsidise against the rates we pay to our providers. You are welcome to return your package to us using your own service, however we must stress that should you return to us directly, you will be liable to pay UK duty and taxes which will unfortunately not be refundable by Aubin.

I bought the cord suit jacket and trousers. I was unsure if the sizing would be right but the 40r jacket and 34 w trousers were a perfect fit. The trousers also have an adjuster on the waist so this allows the them to go a little smaller as I am often a 33 w so I have some wiggle room. Colour was perfect. I would very much recommend buying this.

I was pleased to receive my new Pasmore blazer which, when unwrapped, appeared to be everything that I was hoping for. The material was nice quality and it looked well-made. Imagine my horror when I tried it on and my wife simply said, "it makes your bum look big". I compared it to other jackets that I own and she had a point as it was measureably shorter in the body. Sadly, I had to return it, but in fairness Aubin made the process very simple. So, no glowing review I'm afraid but there were certainly positives in the whole experience.

This suit line is great, whether you choose the black cord, grey flannel or the tweed, they're all worth getting for work and non-work. I sized up on the trousers for a sighter looser fit which I like. Just wanted to add that the service from the team in Edinburgh shop was fantastic - still can't beat getting to speak to people are try stuff on. Highly commended!

Fantastic quality for the price. This jacket looks good, feels good and is a pleasure to wear. I bought it online and was so happy with the quality, I went straight into my local (Edinburgh) store and bought the matching suit trousers which I am just as pleased with. I am new to the Aubin rand, but seeing the clothing range in-store means I'll be using this brand again and again in the future. Oh, the customer service experience in-store was excellent also.
