- This knitwear piece fits true to size and with a classic fit, it has a slightly higher grown-on neckline than our classic Westbourne crew.

- Shetland wool is a natural fibre and one of its key benefits is that you don't have to wash it as regularly as a synthetic. It is naturally stain-resistant and resistant to body odours. Handwash with cold water only, don't use fabric softener, use a wool detergent, and always check the wash care label inside the garment. You should expect some natural pilling as the garment is worn and washed. The pilling is easily removed with a pilling comb.

Exchanges
Wrong size? Exchanges are absolutely FREE on all UK orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
We encourage customers to look at our size guides prior to ordering to ensure you get the right fit first time.
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. If you believe your item is faulty or not up to the standards you expect from us, please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com and we will advise on what to do next.
Returns Process
For UK returns we use DPD Tracked returns. All returns will be charged at £3.50 which will be deducted from your refund.
Simply indicate on your packing slip your reason for return, pack your items, follow the return portal steps by clicking here.
Generate your QR code then hand over at your nearest pick up location.
Detailed instructions are provided at the bottom of your packing slip and via the returns portal.
If you having difficulty with the returns process please contact us using our contact form and we will be happy to provide you with a new label to print at home or scan at your local drop off location.
International Returns
International returns can be organised through Aubin at the rates outlined above, simply write to us at info@aubinandwills.com and we can arrange your return for you. The returns charge will be deducted from your refund and you will not be liable for any further duties or taxes when returning to the UK.
We recognise that our international returns charge rates are expensive and we do subsidise against the rates we pay to our providers. You are welcome to return your package to us using your own service, however we must stress that should you return to us directly, you will be liable to pay UK duty and taxes which will unfortunately not be refundable by Aubin.

My wife bought me an orange Prestwick Shetland Crew jumper for Christmas which I love. On Christmas Day everyone commented on how great it looked including my best friend Ian, so as it was his birthday on January 20th I decided to treat him.
I bought him the mid blue one which would definitely come as a surprise as we don’t normally 'do presents’ even though we known each other for 55years!
He was absolutely blown away when he opened the present and put it on straight away. In fact I don’t believe that he has taken it off since. Thank you Aubin we shall definitely be adding further colours to our collection

I ordered this Shetland wool jumper online and couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent, the blue colour is rich, and it feels really well made. It fits nicely and is warm without feeling bulky. I wore it to work for the first time today and received three compliments within a few hours, which says it all. Would definitely recommend and would happily order again.

The color options are great and it looks nice on, but my one complaint is that the fibers seems to shed a decent amount. Having it in yellow makes that pretty clear to see. Material is a bit itchy, but that’s to be expected given the 100% Shetland wool.
Overall, I llove the look and the quality of the construction itself seems good, just wish it didn’t come with tiny little fibers floating around me when I wear it.

I bought one of these for my partner - I purchased one for myself quite a few years ago in a different colour and it still looks like new. It has worn incredibly well and is light and very warm. It has quite a unique sloped raglan design so the shape is flattering and the fit around the shoulders is excellent. My partner was really chuffed and looks great in it.
