Once your order has been received, you should receive an automatic confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email after 1 hour then it is likley that your order has not been placed. Please check the email address on your account and check your junk folders before contacting us on info@aubinandwills.com and we can check your order status.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Should the item(s) not work out, you can return for a refund.

We offer free shipping for all UK orders over £75 and all international orders over £100.
For standard UK shipping we have a flat fee of £3.99.
We also offer a next day service for £5.99.
International shipping is variable depending on your location. Please see our delivery information for further detais.
We use Royal Mail Tracked service. This means your order will be delivered by your usual Royal Mail postal service. You will receive a unique tracking reference number meaning your order is traceable right through to delivery. You do not need to sign for your order. If you are not in, you will receive a slip giving instructions for re-delivery or collection of your order.
Yes, all UK orders over £75 and international orders* over £100 qualify for free shipping.
*Please note that import duties, taxes and handling charges on international orders are extra to our shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. For standard UK shipping, please allow 48 hours after your fulfilment notification for delivery and 24 hours for express shipping. If you still have not recieved your parcel after this time-frame, please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com and we will be happy to help.
Yes, we offer click and collect services to our Newburgh Street store. Simply select the collect option at checkout and your order will be available for collection the same day.
Yes, the person receiving the parcel will be required to sign for the parcel, although this does not need to be the person that made the order or payment.
For UK returns we use Royal Mail Tracked returns. All returns will be charged a flat rate of £3.50 and will be deducted from your refund once processed.
To request a returns label, please email info@aubinandwills.com with the items you wish to return and the reason for your return and we will be happy to provide your returns label.
Then take your package to your nearest Post Office and present them with the QR code provided on your returns label, where they will print the label and send to us.
Customers returning products from outside the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. We recommend that all customers returning items from outside the UK do so through a registered trackable service to ensure your items reach us safely. Aubin will not be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We recommend that the quickest way for you to get the item you want is to return your goods for a refund and re-order the correct item you want via a separate order.

You can bring your item directly to our Soho store and we will be happy to complete the returns process. Please make sure you have your order confirmation and delivery note with you.
We currently offer the following payment methods; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Bancontact and iDEAL.
Once your return arrives with us, the process of the return may take up to 1 working days at busy periods, however we typically aim to process returns within 5 business days. Refunds may take another 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on who you bank with.
Unfortunately we do not offer repairs or alterations at this moment in time. We recommend speaking to your local tailor for advice.
