Great jacket perfect fit

I was shopping for a coat and asked for advice from Lesley, she gave me comprehensive style advice and encouragement that made me certain I wanted to purchase the jacket. Leaving me feeling confident in the new clothing I had just purchased.

Wonderful store and friendly staff. As someone in their early 30's, I've found it hard to find a brand that suits my style, as someone that used to wear Jack Wills back in the early 2010's, I'm delighted that Aubin has returned and has kept up with my type of clothes... therefore I'm over the moon that York has its own one now.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience at Aubin store in Burnham Market. Started by selecting blue chino trousers and was then ably and sensitively assisted by the store team in coordinating with Shetland Wool cardigan and Oxford shirt. Very happy with the look.

We happened to pop into this store during our trip to Edinburgh, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience! Louis went above and beyond for us. He stayed well past closing time to make sure we could try everything we wanted and were completely happy with our choices. For the sizes that weren’t available in the store, Louis and his manager, Joe, went the extra mile to arrange for them to be shipped to our next stop. The clothes themselves are stylish, beautifully made, and really good quality. A huge thank you to Louis and Joe for making what was supposed to be a quick stop such a memorable part of our Edinburgh trip. Highly recommended!

Got a really nice shirt in the sale but noticed we didn’t get the extra 10% off that was today only.

Very respectful and helpful and we shopped with no pressure to purchase any products....which we did however.
Products are of an excellent quality and would shop there again.

Just wanted to say that Joe at Aubin Edinburgh is the man! I have visited the store on 2 occasions now and both times I have had a really positive experience with Joe. He is always very engaged with you and seems to genuinely care for the brand.

Lovely store in Salcombe, with helpful and friendly staff. They looked out an alternative size from storage with enthusiasm, so that I could be sure I'd walk away with the right one. Great shirt - and at a sale price too. Very pleased...

Only stopped for an ice cream, strolling up the Main Street and noticed the Aubin store, popped in for a look around and ended up purchasing three pairs of shorts and a shirt, all packaged with care.
It’s been a long time since we’ve experienced such a pleasant and well mannered staff, it really felt like she cared.
The product is great, well made and feels like it’s going to last.

On entering store fantastic welcome from Sopie and Henni which was the buy in to explore the store as it was my first time. Their offer of help and customer service made us feel very valued immediately well done ladies. Explanations of offers and when we said what we were interested in that couldn't have been more helpful. Will be looking online for future offers and new seasonal brands.

Lovely, very helpful staff in the Salcombe store. Boiling hot weather but they couldn’t have been any more helpful and chatty. Great experience and v pleased with my polos.
