- This trouser sits below the waist and has a relaxed fit around the crotch and seat area, the leg tapers slightly at the hem. Our rises are a little longer for a relaxed fit, so we advise that these trousers can also be worn with a turn up.

Exchanges
Wrong size? Exchanges are absolutely FREE on all UK orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
We encourage customers to look at our size guides prior to ordering to ensure you get the right fit first time.
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. If you believe your item is faulty or not up to the standards you expect from us, please contact us on info@aubinandwills.com and we will advise on what to do next.
Returns Process
For UK returns we use DPD Tracked returns. All returns will be charged at £3.50 which will be deducted from your refund.
Simply indicate on your packing slip your reason for return, pack your items, follow the return portal steps by clicking here.
Generate your QR code then hand over at your nearest pick up location.
Detailed instructions are provided at the bottom of your packing slip and via the returns portal.
If you having difficulty with the returns process please contact us using our contact form and we will be happy to provide you with a new label to print at home or scan at your local drop off location.
International Returns
International returns can be organised through Aubin at the rates outlined above, simply write to us at info@aubinandwills.com and we can arrange your return for you. The returns charge will be deducted from your refund and you will not be liable for any further duties or taxes when returning to the UK.
We recognise that our international returns charge rates are expensive and we do subsidise against the rates we pay to our providers. You are welcome to return your package to us using your own service, however we must stress that should you return to us directly, you will be liable to pay UK duty and taxes which will unfortunately not be refundable by Aubin.

Perfect cut, weight & fit
Bought these after seeing them online and wasn’t sure about the fit but they’re spot on. The cord is thick and feels really well made, not like the thin stuff you get elsewhere. Wore them a few times now and their held up really well, no bagging at the knees or anything like that. Colour is a nice warm khaki too, goes with pretty much everything in my wardrobe. Would definitely recommend and I’ll probably grab the navy pair as well.

Comfortable and a nice fit.
Bought these for my husband (6’1”) & the 34R was true to size. Was a bit worried about leg length but the slouchy design is such that it fits a good range. They are comfortable to wear and will age beautifully I’m sure. Been searching for this type for a long time. Customer services were super helpful when they sent the wrong colour by mistake. Bought the Khaki which is great.

My second Barrowby Cord Trouser. Well designed, warm trouser, an extra joy in the cold winter walks, here in Christmas time Netherlands.
It started with a green shirt and then progressed with five sweaters (various colours) and another shirt and now a pair of trousers - beautiful cord in the most delightful green/grey. The one thing that overrides these products is the quality, the eye for detail and the subtlety - just a joy! Although I am 82 and a retired designer I enjoy fashion and how I feel when I am dressed, and lastly we mustn’t forget how easy it is to purchase these products and the manner in which they are packaged to arrive!
